Easy Ceviche

This is best served directly after being prepared due to the fresh basil. This recipe has light ingredients and is a great summertime dish.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz tail-off, precooked shrimp
  • 2 cups low sugar marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp basil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp, divide between two bowls.
  2. Pour half of the marinara sauce over each bowl of shrimp, then drizzle each with 1 Tbsp of both olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle with the basil. Enjoy!
