  • 1 teaspoon(s) chipotle, ground
  • 1 can(s) pineapple slices
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), red diced
  • 1/2 medium onion(s), red diced
  • 1/4 cup(s) cilantro, fresh chopped

  2. Mix oil and chipotle powder together in a small dish.

  8. Add red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro and lime juice and mix together.
  9. Slice the steak thinly, and serve with pineapple salsa.

Comments

  1. We grilled the bell pepper and onion as well, and it was wonderful. First of your recipes, and happy so far. Thank you!

  2. This was fabulous and a big hit at my dinner party. I made extra salsa because it keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator. This way I only needed to make the meat. It is great with pork, chicken and fish.

  3. Absolutely to die for! I LOVED it! The pineapple salsa is just awesome. Tasted pretty good on some left over fish too but definently a match for a meatier meat.

  4. This was very good, even though we forgot to get cilantro at the store… I added some tarragon and extra lime to the salsa. Yum!

  5. I wanted to use up the rest of the jarred salsa I had left in the fridge. Big mistake. Have to make this one again the right way. :/

  6. The first time we made this on the grill and it was PERFECT! Definitely a favorite. The second time it was raining so we used the broiler according to the directed times, and it came out very raw, like practically mooing. If I need to broil again, I’ll cook MUCH longer.

  7. When I cooked this for my boss… I was drooling,,,, after that I went home quickly I grabbed this recipe… For my self…wow ilov it..thx

  8. This tasted lovely but we found there wasn’t really enough left for leftovers for 2 people. The pineapple was stunning.

  9. I made this last night. Ooh-De-Lally! It was incredible. And easy. My favorite from this site so far and I will be making it again and again.
