Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw or roasted almonds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place

  1. How much of this do you get for a snack?

  2. The portion size for this really depends on your goals. Those looking to manage or lose weight will want to be careful, as this will be pretty high calorie. I would recommend no more than 1/2 to a full cup at a time unless weight management is not important, then eat as needed.

  4. Very Good. Made it with dried cranberries (not Craisins – they have sugar as an ingredient!). Doubled the recipe and keep it in the pantry. My 2 year old loves it!

  5. Not liking the pumpkin seeds they are super chewy and fiberous. Any suggestions for alternatives?
