They both couldn't believe it was Paleo because it tasted so good. I made a lot hoping for leftovers for myself for the next day, and needless to say there were no leftovers! I will definitely make this again in the near future!!

Absolutely delicious!! It's sort of a gray area in Paleo/Primal land, but we're alright with vinegar at Paleo Plan.

@oliveoh – Sure. If you do ok with vinegar. - doubled the onion (used 1 large yellow onion)
- doubled the peppers (1 red, 1 green)
- doubled the oregano
- doubled the garlic
- 24oz of fire roasted diced tomatoes (muir glen)
- 1/2 bottle decent cabernet savignon
- punch of salt instead of 1/2 tsp
- 1tsp of red chili flakes
- simmered about 45 - 60 mins for the booze to cook offTotally amazing!

I made this with the following mods and it was AWESOME:<br

I like to keep away from anything fried so I would appreciate an alternate method of cooking with the recipes.

It would be nice if the recipe gave you an alternative such as baking.
