I must admit-I hesitated at all of the fruit with the meat. But WOW. I used skinless turkey breasts due to the higher protein content. Next time, I will leave the breasts whole and toss the whole mess in the clay pot. It should just fall apart. I am also thinking that I will remove the liquid before serving and heat it in a pot on the stove with some tapioca powder in order to make a nice gravy. Yum!

Wow, I was really surprised by how good this dish was. I must admit-I hesitated at all of the fruit with the meat. But WOW. I also had to sub boneless pork chops for the chicken breasts. This definitely makes up quite a lot of food, so there's definitely enough for leftovers. This recipe bursts with some amazing flavors and textures, and is definitely amazing.

I made this tonight due to having to switch up some meals. But you can substitute three pounds of chicken breast and that should work fine.

This is one chicken that is three pounds.
