1 bunch(es) spinach
4 medium onion(s), green, chopped
1 medium lemon(s), juiced
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper, freshly ground


  1. Wash spinach well, drain and chop.
  2. Let leaves sit for a few minutes and then squeeze out excess water.
  3. Put spinach in a medium bowl and add green onions, lemon juice, oil and pepper.
  4. Toss and serve.

  1. Made this as a side to the Sausage Stuffed Tomatoes. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Everything was soooo delicious! By far my favorite dishes. Day 2…DONE! haha

  2. Why does this say it takes 15 minutes? When I first read that line, I thought this might be a steamed spinach recipe.
