  1. Is there a brand recommended for the butter substitute? I went to my local whole foods and purchased earth balance…should i be looking for something else?

  2. I changed the recipe so that you’re just using olive oil instead of the “butter substitute”. Olive oil is a perfect butter substitute in this situation, unless you do, in fact, eat butter.
