Made this last night to eat with a strawberry, blueberry, and spinach salad. It went great with it! The only comment I have is that I would add a little less vinegar and mustard and add more strawberries. It was a little to tangy in my opinion, but still tasted great!

I thought that salt was not paleo? I’m confused why there are recipes that call for salt…

This was great! I like the tangy flavor, which is how a vinaigrette should be – thanks! Also, I took a pic if you would like to use it for your web page – it would be helpful when people Pin the recipe.

Well I’m a person that does not like change……..For the 4th of July we where asked to bring a green salad…. And my Dads wife always makes a great home made dressing when she makes a salad……I didn’t want to bring the everyday Ranch Dressing ……..My wife made a awesome green salad with fresh blueberries in it and it went well with the dressing. For the sweetener I added a small amount of Honey…… came out wonderful…..

I love love this dressing. We’re on day 24 and getting a little tired of mayonnaise based salad dressings. This goes with any kind of salad I’ve was tangy but also sweet because the strawberries were so sweet. So I won’t add any honey.
