  5. I made these and whipped up some guacamole with avocado, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and red onion. It was a great side to dip the turkey burgers in!

  8. Used ground chicken with this instead of turkey and served them with lettuce wraps. All around good meal, definately need a meat thermometer so they don’t over cook and dry out. Thinking that next time I will serve it with paleo BBQ sauce recipe for an extra burst of flavor.

  12. what am i supposed to use for buns?

  13. @beerninja – no bun necessary!

  14. @Neely
so i used protabella mushrooms as buns, with Romain leatus. and garden fresh tomatoes so good. because burgers should be eaten with your hands not a fork and knife :)

  15. My package of ground turkey was 1.2 lbs. I cooked these on a panini pan with a press on the cooktop. They are delicious, but I will definitely cut back to 1/2 t. sea salt next time. Otherwise, yummy!!

  16. This was excellent! I made one accidental substitution–I grabbed ground chicken breast instead of turkey–but it worked out wonderfully and baked instead of grilling or pan frying. I also added ground cumin, cayenne, and chili powder and it had real kick. Absolutely delicious.

  17. so delicious! so much taste!
