I made these and whipped up some guacamole with avocado, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and red onion. It was a great side to dip the turkey burgers in!

The burgers were a huge hit with the family:) Took the idea from mellabella and made some guac. Made a great topping for the burger.
Thanks!!

Very good and fast recipe. And the guacamole was perfect with them!

Used ground chicken with this instead of turkey and served them with lettuce wraps. All around good meal, definately need a meat thermometer so they don’t over cook and dry out. Thinking that next time I will serve it with paleo BBQ sauce recipe for an extra burst of flavor.

My wife makes these for me and they’re delicious! Of course for me though she adds jalapenos, sometimes red peppers. Great on the run snack.

@Neely
so i used protabella mushrooms as buns, with Romain leatus. and garden fresh tomatoes so good. because burgers should be eaten with your hands not a fork and knife

My package of ground turkey was 1.2 lbs. I cooked these on a panini pan with a press on the cooktop. They are delicious, but I will definitely cut back to 1/2 t. sea salt next time. Otherwise, yummy!!

This was excellent! I made one accidental substitution–I grabbed ground chicken breast instead of turkey–but it worked out wonderfully and baked instead of grilling or pan frying. I also added ground cumin, cayenne, and chili powder and it had real kick. Absolutely delicious.
