Makes 2 Servings
Approximate cook time: 15 minutes.
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- In a ziploc bag or glass bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix well.
- Add chicken and marinate from 30 min to 12 hours.
- Grill or broil 6-8 min. per side or until done.
