Delicious and surprisingly filling! Will stay in my breakfast option list, which is always too short!!

I diced up some ham this morning in an omelet and am so happy to see that it is on the Paleo friendly list! I thought I was slipping a little more than just adding cheese (I KNOW, but I can’t do eggs without it.). This looks really good! That seems like a lot of ham for two people… I might have to cut it down to 4 oz each, but I’ll be trying this for sure with hubby one weekend!

I was wondering where to find nitrate free ham. Thank you for mentioning Boar’s Head. My daughter just made some homemade apple sauce w/o sugar. Will be making this soon.

Is there somewhere on the site to ask general questions? I’m wondering if your servings should change if weigh more and with exercise? Also was wondering what a serving size is of fruits and veggies? I started the menu plan yesterday! Live this sit so far! Thanks so much!

Jammiew2m – Here’s a good blog post for you to read about modifying the meal plan (or the diet in general) for your size/activity level: http://www.paleoplan.com/2012/04-18/how-to-make-small-changes-to-make-the-meal-plan-fit-your-needs/
A fruit serving size is one medium piece of fruit, like a medium sized apple or banana, or a cup or so of berries. Thanks for checking us out!
