is this smoked salmon already cooked? like purchase it in a can? or buy it raw and pre-cook it?

eleigh80 – You can buy smoked salmon in most grocery stores, as well as in places like Cosco, etc. I’m sure it could be found in a can, but I usually buy it in a plastic bag, sort of like pre-packaged deli slices comes in.

I agree–add the capers and dill! I always add dill to eggs and to salmon!

What do I do? None of the breakfast options really seem that great before a workout. Seems like they’d come back up quickly.

Very delicious breakfast! I’ve neverr had smoked salmon before and didn’t realize it was salty. My husband added a little salt to the eggs and boy this dish was too salty. The avocado helped balance the flavor.
