Berries with Coconut and Lime

Makes a snack for two.

Approximate preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries
  • 1/4 cup whole fat canned coconut milk (preferably the cream at the top of the can)
  • 1/2 of a fresh lime

Instructions

  1. Divide berries between two small bowls.
  2. Add coconut milk, and sprinkle with lime juice.
