Paleo Group Coaching Calls Now Available!

As a nutrition therapist, I do Personal Paleo Coaching on an hourly or monthly basis with people looking for individualized help with their health. What happens in those sessions can be life-changing for people.

The kind of coaching I do is really valuable for people trying to lose weight, increase energy, improve athletic performance, or just understand Paleo better, and I know that more people would do it if they could afford it. So… because our mission here is to make Paleo accessible to as many people as possible, we created something new: group coaching calls.

Group Coaching Calls

Starting the week after Thanksgiving, 2012, I’ll be leading a 75-minute conference call every other week with a maximum of 10 people at a time. Each session, I’ll cover one of the following topics, and I’ll add more topics if enough people ask me to.


  • Troubleshooting Weight Loss Plateaus – steps you can take to stimulate fat loss
  • Athletes and Paleo – how to modify the diet for your activity level
  • Ask Neely – get any of your Paleo or nutrition questions answered


First Session 

Troubleshooting Weight Loss Plateaus on Tuesday, November 27th at 7:00pm to 8:15pm Mountain Time.

(That’s 6:00pm Pacific Time, 8:00pm Central Time, and 9:00pm Eastern Time.)



I want you to get as many of your questions answered as possible, but I also want to lay out the basics for everyone. So the format will be the following:

  • 20-30 minute presentation of information on the subject
  • The remaining 45-55 minutes will be Q&A from the attendees


Cost = $50

You’ll receive call-in instructions once you’ve completed the transaction through PayPal (you don’t have to have a PayPal account to purchase).


About Me

I’m a Certified Integrative Clinical Nutrition Therapist, and I’ve been seeing nutrition clients since 2007. My approach is pretty down and dirty and to-the-point. I will usually cut to the heart of your nutritional problems quickly and give you real-life ways of dealing with them.
