PaleoFit Workout Plans Now Available!

It’s been an exciting month for Paleo Plan, to say the least. After a lot of hard work, we recently published and announced our new 21-Day Paleo Cleanse eBook, and today we’re thrilled to announce another long-term project: PaleoFit!

PaleoFit is an affordable workout subscription service brought to you by Paleo Plan for busy people who want to get fit. You can check it out in more detail here.

It includes:

  • 3 main workouts and 1 “mini” workout every week
  • informative and entertaining short videos to demonstrate all of the movements for the workouts

Here’s a sample workout.

PaleoFit uses natural movements that are in line with the Paleo philosophy like jumping, squatting, pushing, pulling, sprinting, and crawling. You don’t have to leave your home to do the workouts, you need only minimal equipment to do them, and they take less than 20 minutes each.

It’s an inexpensive, non-intimidating alternative (or complement) to a gym membership.

Max Shippee, fitness expert and CrossFit 1440 owner, will be creating the weekly workout plans and videos. Max has been guest blogging at Paleo Plan for about a year and a half as our resident fitness guru.

Neely met Max at the first Ancestral Health Symposium in Los Angeles a couple years back and became quick friends with him. You may have read his blog posts on the myths about getting bulky, doing your first pull-up, or his series on intermittent fasting. He’s an extremely knowledgable, kind, personable, but kick-your-ass-in-a-workout kind of guy, which is why we love him.

Here’s the video on lunges done by Max so you can see who he is and and example of the movements we’ll be prescribing.

The workouts in PaleoFit are for everyone. We give you substitutions for the movements to make them easier or harder, so that people at any fitness level can take part. For instance, we might tell you to do pushups, but if you’re not ready for a full pushup we’ll instruct you to do pushups with your hands elevated on a chair or couch. If normal pushups are too easy for you, we’ll tell you to clap between each pushup, or some other modification to make them harder.

The PaleoFit monthly subscription costs $9.99. We have discounted prices for 6-month and yearly subscriptions, too. There’s also an option to sign up for our meal plan and PaleoFit at the same time for $15/mo so you can work on your fitness and dial in your diet at the same time. You can find more details on pricing here.

We hope this new service helps some of you get motivated to be the healthy, fit, Paleo-eating person you’ve always wanted to be! Again, for more information on PaleoFit, our new service at Paleo Plan, go to this page.

Bummer! Wish I would have known about this, and the combo membership, a week ago! I just switched my meal plan membership from monthly to yearly. :-( Little at a time, I guess. Keep us posted on how it goes!

MKMBeaulieu – You can always change your membership by canceling and then re-signing up for the dual membership here: Let me know if you have any questions about that!

Hi there, I’d like to sign up, but I don’t have a credit card. Can I transfer the money to your account?

    • Neely

Alice – I’m really sorry, but at this time we only accept credit cards with our current system…

Hey, I signed up for the joint meal plan and fitness plan, but this week I have only had the meal plan come though. Will the fitness plan come in a separate email?

    Thanks VIkx

    • Neely

Vikx – Sorry about that! We made a mistake in our initial email and told you you’d be getting an email from us every week. But instead you can find your workouts on the dashboard here: whenever you want them. Hope that helps!
