Here’s what they look like before going into the oven… YUM…

Coconut flour tends to make softer cookies, so if that’s your thing, store these at room temperature. For something a little crisper, store these in an airtight container in your freezer. You won’t have to thaw them out, but you’ll be surprised and delighted at how they crisp up.
