Most tuna salad is the same blend of celery, onion and mayo. It’s bland, boring, and depending on the mayo you use, not always Paleo friendly.
This version is light and flavorful, thanks to kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, and artichokes. The herby lemon olive oil dressing brings it all together to make the flavors sing.
