MEAL PLANS
Sometimes it’s just easier to not make decisions, especially about what to eat and when. Paleo Plan makes takes care of the decisions by providing a complete and explicit meal plan for every meal of the week, working in harmony with recipes and shopping lists.
Each Meal Plan runs from Sunday to Saturday, and we suggest members turn Sunday into a prep day for the week, pre-cooking meats, chopping vegetables, etc. This saves you time throughout the week. We also incorporate leftovers into lunches and make mid-week meals easier to assemble, leaving weekends for the more complex recipes. And if this schedule doesn’t work for you, we make it easy to move meals around to accommodate your routine.

RECIPES
Recipes are a touchy, personal matter. Which is why we provide a plethora of options to easily swap out a meal if you don’t particularly like one. We eat these meals ourselves, so we know they are either easy to make, or delicious enough to reward the effort of cooking.
