Hack Your Sleep

How did you sleep last night?

Did you know that your body does the majority of its healing while you’re asleep? Likewise, a lack of consistent sleep can trigger inflammation and chronic disease. No bueno!

Over the past 50 years, the average American’s sleep has decreased from 8+ hours to less than 7 hours, while chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, autoimmunity, cancers, etc. have been on the rise. We spend a lot of time in the Paleo community talking about food, but in all honesty, sleep is just as important to our health!

Like diet and exercise, sleep is a pillar of wellness. If you want to improve anything in your life, it starts with sleep! Sleep heals illness and reduces stress. No matter who or where you are, it’s important to understand the actions you can take to get the most from your slumber.

That’s why we’re excited to let y’all know about The Sleep Success Summit – a FREE, online summit featuring talks from the leading sleep health experts. Learn to optimize your sleep and how to hack your bedroom to make this happen. The summit begins this Monday and is free through August 15th only, so hop on this deal before it slips away into dream land!

We’re also excited to let you know about some new Paleo products that we tested out this week and absolutely LOVE! Sally wrote a review of Steve’s Paleo Goods (snacks and condiments) that are not only delicious, but the proceeds from their sales benefit at risk kids. In addition, Aimee found a new shelf-stable bone broth that is going to save us all a ton of time in the kitchen – check out her review of Kettle & Fire Bone Broth.

Wishing you a deliciously restful week!

In good health,
