Paleo F(x) Snack Attack

We just got back from Paleo f(x)™ in Austin, Texas where we had a rip-roarin’ time with some of the greatest minds and dines in the Paleosphere! Sally and I were introduced to all sorts of new Paleo goodies that we’re super excited about, so I wrote up a Best of Paleo f(x) guide so y’all are ‘in the know’ too! I’ve linked to some of our f(x) favorites below as well.

We wanted to give a shout-out to all of the conscientious companies concocting incredibly delicious Paleo-friendly products that not only make eating Paleo easier (and downright delicious!), but they also make Paleo possible for many people who otherwise couldn’t or wouldn’t.

Sometimes people like to poke fun at pre-made Paleo goods, claiming that things like cookies and crackers aren’t Paleo. But as a Paleo nutritionist who works with people every day struggling to change their diets, I assure you that these foods can quite-literally be life-saving for many people who otherwise may not be able to make Paleo a reality.
