One-Month Package
This is great for people who are already eating Paleo and are looking to just refine and dial in their food selection. It contains a short on-boarding questionnaire, followed by two 30-minute phone/Skype calls and email check-ins.
Long-Term Package
If you’re new to Paleo, or coming into it with other severe issues, this plan is for you. With bi-monthly checkups, and up to two 30-minute phone/Skype calls a month, we’ll be able to make large changes to your diet while identifying any food sensitivities that might be tripping you up.
