Ingredients

  • 4 pound(s) beef - pot roast(s)
  • 2 small onion(s) peeled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cup(s) water or bone broth, or beef broth
  • 11/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a Slow Cooker: Add all ingredients to slow cooker, and cook for 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, and use for batch cooked meals and salads.
  2. In an Instant Pot: Add all ingredients to Instant Pot, and set to Manual for 70 minutes. Once the cooking cycle is completed, leave on low setting for 10-15 minutes, or manually depressurize. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, and use for batch cooked meals and salads.
  3. Note: Add additional spices if you want.
