Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) avocado oil
  • 1 small onion(s) diced
  • 1/2 pound(s) beef, ground or bison
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) onion powder to taste
  • 4 cup(s) spinach, baby
  • 1 medium avocado(s) peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat warm oil. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until onion begins to brown.
  2. Add beef and spices, cooking until beef is browned, about 5 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Increase heat to high, add spinach, and sauté alongside beef mixture until it starts to wilt, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, top with sliced avocado, and serve immediately.
