Ingredients
- 1 piece(s) chicken breast(s), boneless skinless (4-6 oz) cooked and cut into cubes
- 1 medium sweet potato(es) cooked
- 1 cup(s) spinach or lettuce
- 1 medium carrot(s) shredded or chopped
- 2 medium cabbage leaves chopped or shredded
- 1/2 cup(s) peas
- 1/4 cup(s) olives, green or black
- 2 tablespoon(s) pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil to taste
- 1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar to taste
Instructions
- Add spinach to a big bowl.
- Top with all the remaining ingredients.
- You can add each ingredient in a pile, then eat it as it is or stir everything together.
