Ingredients

  • 3 large egg(s)
  • 1/4 cup(s) coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup(s) almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey raw
  • 3/4 cup(s) cassava flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs.
  2. Add the coconut oil, almond milk, and honey. Mix well.
  3. Add the cassava flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cook by scant ¼ cupfuls a couple minutes per side on a greased griddle or skillet over medium heat, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve with maple syrup if desired.
