Ingredients

  • 6 large egg(s)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) ghee
  • 2 tablespoon(s) capers
  • 1 tablespoon(s) rosemary, fresh
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Place a small skillet on low heat and add the butter. When the butter begins to bubble add the capers and rosemary and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add the whisked eggs and cook on a low temperature, scrambling and turning with a spatula until the eggs are cooked.
  4. Serve with a pinch of salt to season if desired.
