Ingredients
- 6 large egg(s)
- 1 tablespoon(s) ghee
- 2 tablespoon(s) capers
- 1 tablespoon(s) rosemary, fresh
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together.
- Place a small skillet on low heat and add the butter. When the butter begins to bubble add the capers and rosemary and stir for 1 minute.
- Add the whisked eggs and cook on a low temperature, scrambling and turning with a spatula until the eggs are cooked.
- Serve with a pinch of salt to season if desired.
