Ingredients

For Fish

  • 4 piece(s) fish fillet(s), (4-6oz) mahi mahi
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste

For Salsa

  • 1 small mango(s) diced
  • 1 small tomato(es), roma diced
  • 1 small onion(s), red finely chopped
  • 1 small cucumber(s) peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cilantro, fresh finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper(s) minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Set mahi-mahi filets on a plate and drizzle with olive oil. Rub to coat.
  2. Mix together cumin, chili powder, onion powder and sea salt. Rub seasonings over each filet.
  3. Combine ingredients for salsa in a small bowl. Stir. Refrigerate until serving.
  4. Place mahi-mahi on grill. Cook 3-4 minutes, then gently turn over and cook 3-4 minutes longer.
  5. Serve mahi-mahi with salsa.
