Simple Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) ghee
  • 1 pound(s) salmon fillet(s), skinless or skin-on
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt optional
  • 1/2 medium lemon(s) juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with ghee and lay salmon in the pan, skin side down. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes lightly with a fork.
