Simple Baked Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) ghee
- 1 pound(s) salmon fillet(s), skinless or skin-on
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt optional
- 1/2 medium lemon(s) juiced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease a baking sheet with ghee and lay salmon in the pan, skin side down. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes lightly with a fork.
