Ingredients

  • 3 head(s) broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 large apple(s), sweet diced
  • 5 slice(s) bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium lemon(s) juiced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Paleo mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) water or more to thin dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, and bacon.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, mayo, and sea salt. Add water if needed.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and stir together. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
