Ingredients
- 1 head(s) cabbage(s), red sliced thinly
- 1 large carrot(s) shaved or sliced thinly
- 1 medium lemon(s) juiced
- 1 tablespoon(s) Paleo mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) water or more to thin dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrot.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, mayo, and sea salt. Add water if needed.
- Pour dressing over slaw and stir together. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
