Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) salmon (6oz)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Paleo mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon(s) mustard, dijon
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper to taste
  • 4 cup(s) greens, mixed
  • 1 medium avocado(s) peeled and sliced
  • 2 medium onion(s), green diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine salmon, mayo, mustard, and spices. Stir together until well mixed.
  2. Divide the greens between two plates. Scoop salmon salad onto greens, and top with avocado slices, and green onions (optional).
