Ingredients
- 2 can(s) salmon (6oz)
- 3 tablespoon(s) Paleo mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon(s) mustard, dijon
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper to taste
- 4 cup(s) greens, mixed
- 1 medium avocado(s) peeled and sliced
- 2 medium onion(s), green diced (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine salmon, mayo, mustard, and spices. Stir together until well mixed.
- Divide the greens between two plates. Scoop salmon salad onto greens, and top with avocado slices, and green onions (optional).
