Ingredients
- 1 head(s) cabbage(s), green quartered
- 3 tablespoon(s) avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Brush the cabbage on all sides with avocado oil. Spread evenly on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Roast until cabbage browns, about 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
