Ingredients

  • 1 head(s) cabbage(s), green quartered
  • 3 tablespoon(s) avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Brush the cabbage on all sides with avocado oil. Spread evenly on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Roast until cabbage browns, about 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
