Ingredients
- 2 medium avocado(s)
- 2 can(s) sardines (4-6 oz) drained
- 2 tablespoon(s) Paleo mayonnaise
- 2 medium onion(s), green or chives
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt optional
Instructions
- Cut avocado in half and remove seed. Drain the sardines and break them into small pieces.
- Scoop out the middle of the avocado leaving 1/2 of avocado flesh. Mash avocado and mix with sardines, finely chopped green onion, turmeric and mayonnaise until well blended.
- Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Put avocado mixture into avocado half and serve.
