Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocado(s)
  • 2 can(s) sardines (4-6 oz) drained
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Paleo mayonnaise
  • 2 medium onion(s), green or chives
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt optional

Instructions

  1. Cut avocado in half and remove seed. Drain the sardines and break them into small pieces.
  2. Scoop out the middle of the avocado leaving 1/2 of avocado flesh. Mash avocado and mix with sardines, finely chopped green onion, turmeric and mayonnaise until well blended.
  3. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
  4. Put avocado mixture into avocado half and serve.
