  1. Hi,

I’m new to paleo, matter of fact I haven’t started yet, I want to go to the doctor and get a full medical done, then study the plans n go shopping etc. My question is are there recipes for individuals on the go e.g 2 different breakfast, lunch and dinner meals I can make on Sundays and reheat during the week? I have a very hectic work schedule and when travel time is tacked on to that it makes for 14 – 16 hour days. Please advise thanks.

  2. I have found that with a paleo diet I tend to eat fewer meals. Instead I end up snacking more throughout the day on fruits and veggies. Suprisingly I stay even more satiated than before. Some nuts as well. Breakfast foods could be as simple as some fruit and hard boiled eggs. A roasted chicken and some green beans can make for a nice and simple dinner meal that can be eaten for a few days.

  3. Many people make breakfast egg “muffins” to freeze and reheat throughout the week to make a quick breakfast or snack. I remember there being a recipe for those on the Paleo Parents blog.
