  • 1 pound(s) carrots, baby
  • 1 tablespoon(s) coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey, raw
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dill, fresh chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)


  1. Heat 1.5 inches water in a medium pot with steamer basket over high heat until water boils.
  2. Add carrots to steamer basket and cover. Steam for 20-30 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Remove from basket and add coconut oil. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with dill, and toss to coat. Serve warm.

  1. When I set these on the plate, my husband said, “Dill on carrots?” But, one bite had him convinced. Loved the combination. Great side dish!

  2. Made these carrots tonight…..loved it!!! Boyfriend said he doesn’t like carrots, well now he does!!! I used normal carrots and cuts them up and used 1/2 the honey because the carrots were already pretty sweet. They came out perfect.
