  • 1/2 cup(s) strawberries, fresh sliced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar (check carb counts)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper freshly ground, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sweetener to taste (optional)
  • 1/2 cup(s) olive oil


  1. Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients except olive oil and blend. Add the olive oil and blend until creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.


  1. Made this last night to eat with a strawberry, blueberry, and spinach salad. It went great with it! The only comment I have is that I would add a little less vinegar and mustard and add more strawberries. It was a little to tangy in my opinion, but still tasted great!

  3. Well I’m a person that does not like change……..For the 4th of July we where asked to bring a green salad…. And my Dads wife always makes a great home made dressing when she makes a salad……I didn’t want to bring the everyday Ranch Dressing ……..My wife made a awesome green salad with fresh blueberries in it and it went well with the dressing. For the sweetener I added a small amount of Honey…… came out wonderful…..

  4. I love love this dressing. We’re on day 24 and getting a little tired of mayonnaise based salad dressings. This goes with any kind of salad I’ve was tangy but also sweet because the strawberries were so sweet. So I won’t add any honey.
