Kick Off Your Summer With a 30-Day Paleo Challenge

Summer-fun-300x200.jpegIt’s difficult for me to believe that the summer of 2016 is already upon us, but it sure is! That means our next 30-day challenge is about to kick off, and we want you to come along for the ride! The starting date is June 19th, but you can join our exclusive Facebook group at any time (it’s free!), and start meeting the other like-minded people who are excited to spend 30 days focused on Paleo eating and learning.

The challenge is simple, and even if you’re traveling or ultra-busy during these summer months, you can still be a part of it. I’ll be there as your challenge leader, backed up by the other two nutrition professionals here at Paleo Plan, Sally and Kinsey. We three will be answering your questions, providing inspiration and motivation, and eating Paleo right alongside you!

Why Do A Group Challenge?

If you’re new to Paleo, or you enjoy the camaraderie of participating in group events, this challenge is for you. You can be a Paleo newbie or a Paleo pro, or anything in between. Even if you already eat Paleo on a regular basis, participation in a challenge can liven things up as you discover new recipes, cooking hacks, and other invaluable information gleaned from people who are also living the lifestyle.

This 30-day challenge has an extra special twist to it, too! I wrote an eBook all about detoxing, aimed at people new to Paleo or who want to put in some focused work on ridding their body of toxins. It discusses how your body naturally eliminates chemicals from your body via your detox organs, how your lifestyle can contribute to the effectiveness of your detox, and a bunch of other things all relating to clean eating, clean living, and clean thinking. While the eBook isn’t mandatory to participate in the challenge, we’ll be using it as a manual, and I’ll be posting daily in the group with tips, tricks, and helpful information to carry you through the 30 days and beyond.

So what are you waiting for? The challenge kicks off soon, so sign up, start your free trial to our meal plan, and invite your family and friends! Summer is a great time to lose weight or take some focused time to work on your health because it’s easy to be outside, we have better access to fresh produce, and the sun stays out way longer, which let’s face it, makes us all happier in general.
