- 1 cup(s) coconut water or regular water
- 3/4 cup(s) blackberries frozen
- 1/3 cup(s) blueberries frozen
- 2 tablespoon(s) protein powder vanilla
- 11/2 cup(s) spinach
- In a bullet, blender, or food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until liquefied and well mixed. Serve immediately.
