Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potato(es) cut into 1/4 inch thick fries, peeling optional
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Toss the sweet potatoes with the olive oil, cumin, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well coated. Lay on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until potatoes are crisp and lightly browned, flipping once. Serve hot.
