  • 4 medium tomato(es) quartered
  • 1 small onion(s) coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber(s) peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley, fresh
  • 1 medium garlic clove(s) peeled
  • 1/2 cup(s) water cold
  • 1 medium lemon(s) juiced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper to taste
