Eatology Paleo-Zone Saved My Life (and did my dishes too)!

Freshly Prepared Paleo, Primal & Zone Food – Delivered

Eatology-Frozen-Paleo-Meals-300x225.jpgFor the past few weeks I’ve been working overtime to put together Paleo Plan’s Evolve Your Life Kit (sorry you missed it….), which has been consuming my days and nights making it near impossible to find the time to prepare food for myself. I titled this review “Eatology Saved My Life” because quite literally, they did (and they did the dishes for me to boot)!

Recently, the CEO of Eatology, Laurah Lawson, sent me a big ol’ box full of Paleo and Primal prepared and frozen foods, which I have been solely living on for days. Without this sustenance, I don’t think I would have survived what has turned out to be one of the busiest weeks of my life! And I certainly wouldn’t have had such a bounty of unique and exquisite gourmet meals to choose from. What a blessing to have delicious, healthy, Paleo-friendly foods delivered!Eatology-Paleo-Zone_logo-300x88.png

What is Eatology?

Eatology makes Paleo, Primal, and Paleo-Zone gourmet cuisine and delivers it nationwide right to your doorstep. In fact, they were the first company to start delivering pre-made Paleo foods, so they definitely have experience under their belt! From the beginning, they’ve taken clean, wholesome ingredients and crafted them into ingenious and delicious “reconstructed” Paleo-Zone meals so we can enjoy our favorite traditional meals, without compromising our health (or flavor)!

Eatology-Paleo-Zone-Food-delivered-cooler-300x300.jpgAll Eatology meals are cooked and shipped within 2 weeks of being made and are delivered frozen to your doorstep on dry ice. So despite being frozen food, it’s super fresh. (Fun food fact – frozen food actually retains its nutrients better than stored fresh or canned food)! The meals can be heated in the oven or microwaved in their container. Easy peasy!

Eatology is based out of Bryan, Texas. I live in Washington State and was concerned that the food wouldn’t be frozen when it arrived, but this was not at all the case. It came in an awesome reusable cooler, and was still rock-solid after it sat in the sun on my doorstep for a good portion of the day. Dry ice is amazing!

Who Needs Eatology?

As a Paleo Nutritionist, a lot of my clients are moms, full-time workers, students, travelling, or are otherwise are unable to find the time or energy to cook healthy food. Until I learned about Eatology, I didn’t have a good solution for them, and am beyond happy to now be able to recommend Eatology meals with two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Is Eatology Tasty? What Are the Meals Like?

Eatology-meal-300x200.jpgAfter eating Eatology meals (and I’ve had about 14 different meals at this point), I am honestly rethinking my cooking skills. I always thought I was a good chef, but the amazing flavor combinations and unique dishes that I’ve tasted from Eatology have straight-up served my own cooking skills a slice of humble pie! These meals are downright delicious…like, you don’t leave a crumb behind tasty (and I am not even exaggerating here)! I will definitely be ordering from Eatology in the future, and also working to bring my cooking skills up a notch, because apparently there’s a lot of spice combinations that I am currently unaware of that can seriously diversify a Paleo or Primal diet!

Here’s a few of the Paleo meals that they offer (their menu is updated seasonally):

It’s a beautiful thing to put the energy and time into creating healthy meals from scratch. For all those other times in life, thank Grok there’s Eatology!
