Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound(s) beef, ground
  • 1/4 medium onion(s) diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt (optional)
  • 2 medium zucchini diced
  • 1 medium avocado(s) diced
  • 1/4 cup(s) cilantro, fresh chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef, onion, cumin, and sea salt, and stir until meat is almost fully cooked (about 10-12 minutes).
  3. Add zucchini and cook until meat is done and zucchini is just slightly tender (about 5 minutes).
  4. Top with avocado and cilantro to serve.
