Free Paleo Q&A Google Hangout July 15th at 6:30pm MDT

Hey all!

As some of you many know, I host a free Paleo Q&A Google Hangout sometime in the middle of every month. This month it’ll be on July 15th, 2013 at 6:30pm Mountain Time.

Who am I?

I’m a Certified Integrated Clinical Nutrition Therapist specializing in the Paleo diet, and I answer people’s questions about Paleo for a living here at Paleo Plan :) Here’s my complete bio for more info on me. And that’s me below. I love answering your questions about Paleo!

What’s a Google Hangout?

Google Hangout is sort of like Skype in that we’re all on video talking to each other as a group. You can be on the call without being on video. We use Google Hangouts and not Skype because it allows so many more people to be on the call. You just have to have a google account and install the plug-in to participate.

This is not meant to substitute for personal consultations with me, as there will be other people on the call and my time to answer your personal questions will be limited. But I think it’s still a great opportunity for people to ask questions about the Paleo Plan meal plan itself, all of our products on Paleo Plan, as well as any questions you have about Paleo (is X food Paleo, how many carbs should I eat, will I lose weight, etc.). If you want specific help with a complicated health issue, please consider doing a month package or a 30-minute call with me, instead. More info on my coaching options can be found here.

Again, if you want to be included in the July 15th Google Hangout, just email me at neely@paleoplan.com with subject line “Google Hangout” and I’ll invite you to join us at 7:30pm Mountain Time on June 17th. You need to download the Google Hangouts plug-in before our call in order to take part!

Note: After you download the Google Hangouts plug-in from this page, you may have to go into your “downloads” folder on your computer and click on the file called “GoogleVoiceAndVideoSetup (1).dmg” to get it to install on your computer.

    Hi i would like to know what kinds of natural foods are good for a person with very low vitamin D and iron levels

      Gmoyrbk – Iron: red meat and for vitamin D: liver, pastured egg yolks, some seafood, and of course sunlight :)

  4. Hi. I’m curious why coconut oil is used more frequently than other oils? Is theer a health benefit to using it? Could other oils be substituted?
