Ingredients
- 3 head(s) broccoli cut into florets
- 1 large apple(s), sweet diced
- 5 slice(s) bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 medium lemon(s) juiced
- 2 tablespoon(s) Paleo mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon(s) water or more to thin dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, and bacon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, mayo, and sea salt. Add water if needed.
- Pour dressing over salad and stir together. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
