Carrot Goji Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 2 teaspoon(s) goji berries
- 1 teaspoon(s) pumpkin seeds, toasted
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) hemp seeds
- 1 medium lime(s)
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Grate the carrot with a hand grater or grater blade in a food processor.
- Add the grated carrot to a bowl along with the pumpkin, hemp seeds and goji berries.
- Stir together and season with sea salt and lime juice.
- Serve with preferred main dish.
