Ingredients
- 12 piece(s) chicken drumstick(s) bone-in, skin-on
- 3 tablespoon(s) ghee melted
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) paprika optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Lay drumsticks on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with ghee, sea salt, and paprika (optional).
- Cover tray loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil, and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Serve hot. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for 3 days.
