Ingredients

  • 6 pound(s) chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 2 cup(s) water or chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a Slow Cooker: Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat 4-6 hours. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, and use for batch cooked meals and salads.
  2. In an Instant Pot: Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot bowl. Seal the lid, and set the release valve to “sealing.” Use the poultry setting, and manually adjust time to 26 minutes. After the 26 minute cooking cycle, allow to stay on low for 10 minutes, and then release the valve to depressurize. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, and use for batch cooked meals and salads.
  3. Note: Add additional spices if you want.
