Ingredients
- 1 head(s) cauliflower chopped
- 4 medium garlic clove(s) peeled
- 1/3 cup(s) tahini
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper to taste
Instructions
- To a saucepan, add the cauliflower and garlic cloves. Add a couple inches of water, cover, and steam until soft.
- Drain and place in a food processor.
- Add the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Process until smooth (you may need to stir it a couple times).
- Taste and season as needed, Serve with cut veggies or try putting a dollop on your salad, spreading it on a burger patty, or even on grilled chicken or fish!
