Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) olive oil
- 1/2 cup(s) balsamic vinegar
- 2 medium garlic clove(s) finely minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) herbs of choice for Salad dressing (basil, thyme, chives, rosemary, oregano, tarragon)
Instructions
- Whisk (or put in blender) balsamic vinegar, minced garlic and lemon juice until blended.
- Gradually add olive oil while whisking (or blending).
- Mix salt and dried herbs in to taste.
- Store in the refrigerator.
